  Too bad you cannot give this bank 0 stars. Awful, awful, awful service. First is the bad information from the employees then the zip rush get you in the door service. No thanks close my account, mind you I haven’t even been a member a full week yet. If you open a savings or checking account know that they do not tell you that your check will be on hold for a week and a half, and for clarity sake (before I get the owner response) you guy told me the check I deposited would be available in a week. Not a week and 2-3 days?? Do NOT. I repeat do not bank here.

  Not a fan of some of the tellers here. They act like they secretly hate their customers. Others are fine to work with, so two stars. In any case I find myself avoiding this location and heading down to 31st and Harvard, even though I live within a block of this location.

  This bank office always takes forever. Won't be back to this office. Wait times, answering questions, taking care if business in a timely manner or doing normal business they "no longer" do.. Could have sworn coins were currency.

  Worst customer service ever. From changing an address to making payments (never was late - paid off early) to asking questions on the loan - horrible. If this was the only place to get a loan I'd do without. So glad my loan is paid off. Never again. Trust me - go somewhere else - anywhere else. Good riddance TTCU.

  Using TTCU card for online purchases has proven to be too problematic. Too many rejected purchases from well known businesses such as Home Depot, for one example, while charges from high risk fraudsters are allowed through. If someone were available to resolve on weekends or after business hours when most people do their online shopping, it might be bearable. Take your money somewhere where you can shop on your time schedule and not theirs.
