  This branch has entirely new staff...less courteous and very unprofessional in my opinion. I had to call customer service regarding the level of courtesy and professionalism , spoke with a woman named "kendra from Alabama" in the call center. She seemed to lack basic customer service ability and did not know how to spell very well. My main concern was regarding the teller sharing account information with me verbally over the counter when normally they are very discreet and write it down.

  There needs to be a no star option! I walked in to cash a check, no one else was in line and I was asked to leave the counter and sit and wait. I did this while noticing the lady at the counter kept watching me. They has 4 people working the teller desk, but only 1 lady could help me. I waited. I noticed it was approaching 3:40 pm, I approached the teller asking who I was waiting to see and how long to expect to wait? I added I was only asking because I needed to be somewhere else nearby at 4 pm (which is why I chose that location). It was at this point the very lady that kept looking at me as I sat, said to me "I am in the middle of something! If you can wait, wait over there, if not go to your financial institution!" I said to her, you know you're right...thank you. And I left. The customer service was so poor and unprofessional, I had no idea asking them a question with explanation as to why I was inquiring would cause such a nasty response. This is simply inexcusable and unacceptable.

  This bank is notorious for being slow and non customer friendly. You have to go inside to make deposits. The there's 4 teller bays inside and you always have to wait. Like Wal-Mart. Always a teller short. Even though tellers are on the clock and standing around the back office. If you attempt to cash a check drawn on them you get the third degree. Makes you feel like a criminal. I would never open an account with them because of how they treat non-account holders. Even as a depositor for a company account you have to wait when nobody is there and there's extra tellers standing around in back. They're consistently ridiculous.

  The branch has closed all of its drive in lanes, there by drastically reducing services to its customers. The logic of this is to move more customers to online banking. This is not working. You have not added an additional ATM, therefore customer service is still lacking. I am requesting a reopen of drive in lanes.

  I’ve traveled across town more then once and the doors were locked and no one answered the phone during business hours. Waste of time and gas I’d recommend calling ahead of time if you even want to bother with this place.

  dont use bank of america they use wagon train still to verify a payroll check.only bank ever to take this long i get paid two more times before they verify so if you like to see money you cant use come ro bank of america

  Without telling me at all, they permanently closed my account for no reason at all! I had to open the app on my phone and try to sign in to my account to find that out.

  Dont ever except a personal check from them you have to schedule a time to meet w a banker to have it verified....

  Extremely long waiting period to see a personal banker. Never seem to staff enough resources to meet the public demand. So disappointed with this location.
