  I was trying to buy a foreclosed house, but the first bank I talked to said the appraisal was not going to work because the house needed repairs before we could close. My realtor recommended Today Lending and I got a Repair Escrow loan so I could do the repairs after closing. That saved the whole deal. David did a great job. Thanks! Lynn 9/14 Update. David Walter just helped me refinance my home loan and cut $125 off the payment. Now that is great birthday present. Thank you !!!!

  Buying your 1st home is suppose to be a great experience but with Chris Davenport it was a complete nightmare! Today lending has to be a government funded business because “No” work is being done at that company. After being pre-approved for $185k (pre-approval letter from company also) we found a house to purchase. We submitted paperwork for 2 months straight and got the run around for 2 months straight. Chris blaming underwriting & vice versa. Never returned our calls in a timely manner and after 3 months of the run around and turning in paperwork, today lending told us that we only qualified for $110k. (Took them 3 months, several faxes & numerous paperwork for them to tell us that??). Oh yeah that was after the $500 appraisal on the house that we wanted. (Money lost). We went to supreme lending and closed on the same house in 3 weeks! Don’t waste your time & effort with today lending or Chris Davenport & his staff. Just look as the recent reviews. Great reviews 5yrs + ago but recently 1star service!

  Thank you for making it easy to buy my first home! I worked with Chris Davenport on a Native American home loan. It explained the whole process so I knew what to expect and how much it would cost. He helped me find a good realtor and told me what problems to look out for. We closed right on time and it actually cost just a little bit less than I expected.   I bought a foreclosed house that needed some work. The loan officer helped me get the right kind of loan so I could finance the repairs into the price of the house. It took about 60 days to get it all done. Everything moved right along schedule and we closed right on time. This was a complicated but great deal for me. 5 stars! Pat

  TERRIBLE COMPANY! Shouldn’t be called “today lending”, or even “tomorrow lending“... they have given us multiple closing dates and change it last minute every single time!!! We’ve lost multiple days of work, due to taking off for a closing and then being put off, as well as money lost on a temporary storage unit to hold our belongings because we moved everything out expecting to close and they changed it on us last minute!!! I’d give them ZERO stars if I could! Has cause nothing but headache and hassle!
