  Come on! I bought a house for the first time and I used UFFC Mortgage! Jana Gonzales was my main point of contact and was so so helpful! I can’t tell you how professional she was through the entire process, answering all of my dumb questions and helping me understand what was going on and what I needed to do to get through each checkpoint of my loan. Jana was always quick to knock out emails and send any necessary documents in a timely manner! I never had to wait and I never felt like i was being left in the dark on certain issues. All in all I really appreciated all of the help that I got in my home buying process in the post-covid housing market. 10/10 would recommend and would also like to thank Jana and UFFC Mortgage for all of their help! 🤩

  Buying a house from out of state was not an easy thing, and using a computer for anything more than FB and looking up recipes was at times a challenge, but financing, was made so convenient with all the help I got from UFFC Mortgage company. I was directed toward Amna, but did my research before trusting our future to her. She was a great choice for us. She accepted so many of my calls, answered so many questions and walked me through multiple computer issues. She also helped me locate other services I needed from my living room in Mobile, Alabama. I hope to never buy another house, but if I do it will be through UFFC, and Amna. To be sure, I will recommend her to friends and family.

  Very punctual in getting the loan processed, informative and professional. I was with another company for over 3 months trying to get the loan refinanced and they were still asking for documents.

  I would not work with Amna Quraishi, very unprofessional and spoke badly about me, a customer, several times to my relator. This was not a good experience at all, she was extremely rude and was too busy on vacation to take my loan seriously. I am a first time home buyer and was hoping to enjoy my home buying experience. I went elsewhere and my loan closed in less than 3 weeks.
