  Communication Federal is the best financial institution I have dealt with. You get the personal touch with every interaction. They know you by your first name and a person actually answers the phone. They don't try to nickel and dime you. I won't bank anywhere else.

  Recently moved back to Tulsa and have started banking with Communication Federal Credit Union. They are very friendly and give the feel of the more old fashioned, service oriented community credit unions and not pseudo-banks that many of the other credit unions have become. The drive thru experience is great as is calling in for help. It is nice to receive local help.

  I came in to pay off my car loan and it couldn't have been easier. The teller verified the personal information she had on file for me was correct, gave me a receipt for the transaction and advised me to expect the final paperwork in the mail within 10 business days. Afterwards we briefly chatted about how good it was to own a vehicle free and clear and the weather. It was truly a pleasure doing business with CFCU.

  I love CFCU Downtown Tulsa. They are like family and will do everything in their power to please people. Deanna Bolten is such an incredible manager. She’s family. They all love their job and care about each individual on a personal level. What an awesome group!!! It’s my favorite CFCU.
