  Ignacio Maldini and his team are the best! My wife and I were first time buyers and knew nothing about the process. Ignacio was extremely patient with us as we asked a million questions. He was easy to get ahold of and always got back to us in a quick manner. He would always update us on the process so we were always in the know. I can't recommend them enough!

  1st ever REFI, and it went through perfectly. I always feel more comfortable using someone I know and trust. My last broker who was a family friend was unable to help me and referred me to Jason Forman with Trustlink (he is her trusted colleague and friend). Her recommendation and seal of approval was enough to ease any fears I would have in working with a stranger. Jason did not disappoint. He was always available, and patient with all of my questions and needs. He got me a great rate. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. In fact, already did to my friend/neighbor who is also just closed on a loan with him. Great job, Jason!

  Thank you Ignacio! Our daughter refinanced with Ignacio and highly recommended him to us. What a blessing she did. As a retired Senior with a husband nearing his retirement, Ignacio's expertise advice, knowledge and support was just what we needed! We were looking to cut down on monthly expenses and that's just what he helped us do. His patience and guidance throughout the whole Refinance process was much appreciated. He was always available for all our questions and things went much quicker than we even imagined. Now our son is looking to purchase his first home and they have started to work together. Ignacio is definitely deserving of a 5 star rating!

  Jason Foreman at Trustlink was a recommendation from a friend and colleague. Jason was so helpful, honest and easy to reach, I was so happy that he was available to help me through this process. He worked around my schedule, made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and was extremely patient. Because this was part of a divorce buyout, there was a lot of coordination between my lawyer and my ex. He provided information to them when requested. He just came through and exceeded my expectations.

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience using trust link mortgage to buy my first home. Ignacio and Jason made it out to my home inspection, Ignacio is my main agent, He was very diligent in explaining the whole process and making sure I was comfortable with everything before removing my contingencies. They kept my 90 day escrow on track and on time, making sure all of the Work requested was done by qualified contractors, following up with the city on permits. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you Trustlink.

  This was our second time working with Ignacio and we cannot recommend him enough! The first time he took us, as nervous first time buyers, through every step of the daunting process of purchasing a home. He showed excellent knowledge, gave great advice, treated us with patience and kindness and was always available to answer questions when we had them. His professionalism and attention to detail was second to none so it was an easy choice for us this time when we wanted to work on a refinance. Just as before, it was a very smooth process from start to finish with all the same positives as before. We will definitely work with Ignacio again and his 5* rating is fully deserved!

  Ignacio got us approved on a home equity loan recently. It was a fast and pleasant experience. He was highly efficient in processing the application, and communications.   Ignacio was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my home buying experience! Found him randomly online and so glad I called. He was very much on top of everything throughout the process and extremely responsive -- day or night/week or weekend.
