  i would like to share the experience i had working with Bridgette Anderson A processor at that company, i must say in all the times that ive applied for a mortgage, this is the second mortgage with this company, working with Bridgette had been excellent. she is very timely, and understands the complexities of working with self employed individuals like myself. Her ability to interpret my documentation and not ask for redundant information as well as provide timely feedback is a throwback to the times when great customer service meant something. she is a great asset representing that company and look i forward to working with her in the future and referring colleagues as well.   I just want to thank David Johnson. It was such a great home financing experience with him and staff. He's very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I got the best possible loan and he found ways to reduce closing costs. Highly recommend!

  Forest and his team has successfully completed my refinance of my home. It was a jumbo loan that reduced my monthly payments by $750 and an anticipated savings of approximately $500K in interest for a 30 year period. On top of that, Forest and his team were quick to respond to my inquiries and were diligent in making their commitments. When there were challenges, we worked together and got things resolved. Challenges happen...working together like they did doesn't always happen.

  Caleb Kowarsky was a true delight. He was very informative and even educated me on the entire refinancing process. Providing in-depth breakdowns and scenarios based on the loan chosen. The entire process from start to finish took less than 4 weeks, which was a statement made by Caleb before initialing contacting him about a home refinance. Caleb is professional, personable, friendly and understanding, while always being transparent. We will be working with him again in the near future. Appreciate you sir!

  To all of those who are very conservative and we watch our money of course, we're all looking to get the best deal we can. I'd like to say as a retired military of 22 years and a retired law enforcement, Scott has been the the very best at what he does and getting this loan refinanced for us he took something that 7 other companies Turned their backs to me on and had nothing but a positive attitude and said I will get this done He and his coworkers were able to combine the 1st and 2nd at a very low interest rate from my previous 3.5 and shaved 11 years off my loan with my mortgage only slightly raising... He was in constant contact with me with things that needed to be signed electronically Including the expedited notary for signing, personally delivered to me. I have had 7 to 9 different homes in the 35 plus years and Scott is truly "a diamond in the rough" Clear Mortgage Capital (Homepoint) could use 10 plus more of Scott and his crew. I'd like to personally thank Scott for helping a veteran in need And has once again gave me faith and hope and our financial institution. There are companies out there that really don't care about you but instead of only the bottom dollar. Thanks again Scott from the bottom of my heart, FYI I greatly appreciate you keeping tabs on my loan from now on and down the road to ensure that I will continue to have the best interest rate without me having to monitor it, that you will keep on top of it to help me to refinance again if I have to for Free...
