I had great experiences both times, she was very knowledgeable of the VA loan process, diligent throughout both processes, quickly answered any questions we had and ensured all paperwork moved along the channels to be able to close in the original date given.   Cole David at Homeowners First Mortgage is an amazing and easy going person to work with. He is not only responsive to his fellow Real Estate Agent peers but very responsive to the clients which in turn makes me look great as an agent. Bill Rayman and James Barton are men of their word!  Bill and James know lending inside and out and how to help their clients navigate the sometimes tricky waters of mortgage lending.  If you give them 100% they give 200% back and will go the extra mile for you.  Their teammate Marissa Carlson is extremely efficient and responsive. They know underwriting and processing procedures like the back of their hands.   Ofelia Tellez is by far one of the most outstanding loan officers I’ve had the privilege of working with.
