  I have had the privilege and joy of knowing and working with Mike on multiple mortgages over a period of eleven years, going back all the way to 2011. I recommend Mike to you with no hesitation or qualification whatsoever. He is a man of impeccable integrity, unrivaled professionalism, and he is a mortgage broker that just knows how to get things done. He is incredibly resourceful, has a wonderful team working with him, and in spite of his many gifts and skills he still manages to be one the friendliest, kindest, most down to earth people I have ever known or dealt with. In 2011 he helped my family with a very difficult modification. Back when the housing market crashed, I found myself with a mortgage that was underwater. It did not have a fixed rate, nor were the taxes included! It was a nightmare, but Mike was somehow able to get me some $70,000 forgiven, got me a lower fixed rate, and had my monthly payment lowered! Ten years later in January of 2021, I was able to refinance the loan on a duplex and pulled enough money for a downpayment for another home. Of course, Mike again got me excellent results. Moving forward one year, I was able to close on a new home (01/05/22). Mike got me an excellent rate, referred me to a superb realtor, who managed to get me a house in a prime neighborhood in Westchester. I was able to buy the home for less money than it was valued. Mike got my loan started, approved and funded in less than 21 days, even though Christmas and New Years were included in this timeframe. Buying a home and doing a loan modification can be very stressful. Have Mike confidently and calmly do the heavy lifting for you. I cannot recommend him enough.

  Mike and staff did a great job with my loan- when it came to speed, keeping me posted of where we were in the process by far exceeded my expectations. Mike stepped in and helped me when after I had been working with another mortgage company and they dropped the ball. Mike picked up their mess and had everything sorted out and in about six weeks getting my loan completed (something the other mortgage company had not been able to do in 8 months of stringing me along to do a VA Loan refi). Thank you Mike for your excellent work ethic and how seamless you and Ron made this process. Thank you guys for always keeping me posted and accommodating my difficult schedule even if it meant calling after hours or on weekends just to ensure that I knew what was needed on my part.   Michael O'Connor is a man of HIGH integrity. He did not end up financing the loan for my home but was a trusted adviser and absolute pleasure to work with. The negotiations on my new build required me to use the builder's lender otherwise I would have used Mike without question.
