  Brandon and his team, in particular Kaese, worked hard to get me approved for a refinance at a substantially lower rate than I had. I shopped around quite a bit with many different lenders, and Brandon explained to me the ins and outs, and gave me the lowest rate without paying extra points. I don't have the most straightforward income since I have several seasonal jobs, but they put the time in, didn't give up and got it all figured out! Thanks Brandon and everyone on your team!

  Brandon responded to my request for Refi right away and diligently worked on getting me the best numbers and approval! Within hours of filling out application I received the link to set up my account and download documents. His team member Matthew "Kaese" Kosko was excellent in walking me through and taking all my calls with any questions and concerns. Above and beyond helpful. This was the fastest and smoothest Refi ever! They took the stress right out! I would definitely recommend them and will be passing the word on to friends and family.   Brandon and his team handled our recent refinance. He was friendly and personable, although quite hard to get in touch with. Wish he had taken time to explain the fees and documents and not only send forms for approval without communication. They forgot to schedule the notary as discussed, and when the notary finally arrived she had been given the wrong paperwork. They also kept calling me by my husband’s name while communicating via email and phone, which was quite annoying. Despite the hiccups we finally got our refinance completed and locked in the lower rate.

  Brandon has assisted me two times to refinance my home and I have been very pleased with his service both times. The first time, I wanted a cash out refinance and he helped me get the exact amount I was looking for at a great rate. The second time, he got me a refinance for a rate less than what I had the the first time and it made sense because I was saving even more money. The process was quick and effortless. He was helpful at showing me amounts and rates for different loans to see which worked best for me. If I ever need a loan again I will definitely give Brandon a call.

  Brandon and Matthew are great to work with. Refi is not an exciting process but these two at least made the process a breeze. Our refi only took a few weeks from the time we initially completed the application to signing the closing documents. They are on their game, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra step of explaining the process and answer questions. Great experience and will definitely keep this team in mind for our next refi / home purchase needs.

  So happy I went with Brandon Castaneda for my refinancing. Not only did it save me the most money (Brandons rates and costs were lowest by far) but he also was very communicative and helpful. At one point I got very confused and gave him a very hard time and he was still very respectful and walked me through everything I needed to know! Absolutely recommend him. If it sounds to good to be true, its not, he's great!
