William Einhorn1They were better when they were Susquehanna. Ever since BB&T took over and then Truist, my account has been hacked multiple times. They don't have Saturday hours anymore either. When I closed out my accounts they didn't even bother to ask why. Worse off, I asked them to tell me how much I could withdraw from my checking knowing I had a check deposit pending. They gave me the number, and the next day I am hit with overdraft fees. They became very corporate very quickly. Go to a Credit Union and avoid this corporation at all costs.

Kayla Wuest1Worst bank ever. My account wasn’t negative when I went to bed last night woke up this morning with a $75 over draft fee. Lady could only give me back $36 after it took my entire check today. Please do not bank with them. They are horrible and don’t care about people during this time of need. Transaction did not even make sense on how it would have been negative. Worst bank on this earth. If you want them to steal money from you. Use this bank!

Jessica Luckenbill5Helpful staff, some have more patience than others. Transactions are always perfectly accurate. Customer service is efficient and if the branch can't help, they direct you to the appropriate department quickly. A great place to bank.
