  My wife and I were referred to Matt Sullivan by our realtor to get a mortgage on our home. As first-time homebuyers, Matt made the entire process a breeze via an education course, walking us through what everything meant, and answering all of our questions. Matt is the hardest worker I know. He's available whenever is convenient to you at all hours of the day. Also, by whatever means you prefer, be it text, email, or call. Matt is a straight shooter. He tells you how it is. That's something I greatly appreciate. He is very down-to-earth and relatable. His natural humor is also a breath of fresh air which is ideal for the client-facing role he is in. We bounced downpayment options off of Matt and played them out until we decided on the right option for us. Matt had to think outside of the box to problem solve some issues that arose in our unique situation, especially with having to jump through more hoops since I am self-employed. If it weren't for Matt, I don't know if we would have made it to the finish line on buying our home. He won't stop until he meets the outcome you were hoping for, and in our case, he exceeded it. He's relentless, in a good way! He always has your best interest in mind. You can trust him to get the job done. Matt truly cares about his clients. He sent us a thoughtful housewarming gift that we proudly display in our kitchen to this day! It was such a nice personal touch. Again as first-time home buyers, Matt explained things very clearly and walked us through everything. I have 100% faith Matt would do the same for you as well.   Matt Sullivan was amazing to work with. He was very low-key and patient and quick to follow up and answer any questions we had. He walked us through the whole mortgage process, giving us our options, working with lenders to get us the best deal and making sure we had everything ready for getting our deal done quickly.
