  Ward worked with my wife and I during a very difficult relocation from Atlanta to rural Pennsylvania. He always made himself available and responsive while we crunch numbers and navigated options towards buying a new house in an unfamiliar area. Also just a really nice guy in general, felt a very personal touch throughout the process.

  I am a first time home owner, Ward made it very simple and easy to navigate through buying my home. Anytime I had a question he was available to answer or he would figure out the answer for me and always got back to me asap. He also has a great personality and will keep you on your toes!   Ward was amazing! He assisted us over a period of 6 months, working through 3 failed offers to purchase and finally, we succeeded on a forth attempt. In addition, we were traveling through the USA during this whole time, with spotty internet access. Ward re-ran numbers so many times; was always patient; worked on Sundays and evenings at short notice. Above all, he was always so responsive, within the hour! In addition, Ward was at the signing to assist our daughter to sign the settlement documents. We could not have wished for a better agent. We highly recommend him. Thanks Ward!
