  This Collegeville TD Branch rejected my TD debit card from their parent company TD Canada Trust today. So much for advertising the ease of cross border banking. I went to Wells Fargo and they accepted my TD card.

  I had be having problems with my credit card payments for 2 weeks, I was on the phone every day with CreditOne for 30 mins every day, I finally gave up and called td bank, within 5 mins, Kelly gave me the amounts I needed to verify my account information. creditone customer service is terrible, Collegeville td bank is the best! If a manager sees this, please give Kelly a raise cause she’s amazing!

  I have since moved out of the area but still bank at this location. Store manager Joseph Greer and his team are always very respectful and accommodating. I appreciate the extra time they take to go over the little details insuring a clear understanding on the customers end.

  Was worried today! I have a small business and for some reason my checks were taking forever to clear putting me in a jam! I stopped in to the collegeville Branch today and Nicole and Thomas took care of me right away and made my funds available. Thanks guys!

  Had us waiting for thirty minutes only to say that they were too close to closing to help us. They had a solid 40 minutes before they closed.
