  The poor tellers are so busy making sure they get their sales pitch right that they screwed up my account by putting the next guys deposit in my account!! If i want something I'll ask. I don't any of us appreciate the in line sales!!!!!

  It took over a month to close three accounts and then I was charged overdraft fees because bills were coming out and I already had my check going to a different bank and then the best is when no one seems to know why this is happening.

  I went there yesterday to cash two checks that were from bb&t they wanted to charge 8 dollars per check because the teller said I wasn't a customer .To me that's extortion and or they are broke and desperate.....CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT CHARGES AND FEES..BTW I DIDNT PAY THE FEES AND SHOULDN'T

  Everyone is great in here except an older red headed lady, she has the worst personality and customer service skills ive ever seen.
