  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience ever!! So long story short - they wanted me to make a payment for my loan but didn't want to give me the product until Monday. 😒 Since when do you go to a store , pay for the item that's there & have to pick it up another day. Nope negative! All because they didn't want to pick up my car from the garage. Lazy people!

  I've had my current account with CACL since 1980. That's 40 years of incredible service, friendly staff, good rates, compassionate banking and trust. I've never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. As times have changed, services have kept pace. I use online banking several times a week (most of the time, I log in daily) and have no issues. I love my little credit union and am grateful to have such a partner looking out for my financial health.

  Some aspects are good. Their general banking and customer service, no complaints. Also, their loan department is great. The credit card department, leaves EVERYTHING to be desired. I've left 4 messages in 4 weeks about a general question, with no response. If you're looking for credit card services, definitely go elsewhere!

  I have to say I have read so many reviews about the online banking being a hassle or being down, I use it a couple times a week and never have any issues. I don’t even balance my checkbook anymore because of checking my account online so much it just isn’t necessary. I have been with CACL since 1999 and have had 3 car loans and 2 signature loans and NEVER had any problems with my account or customer service. Their car loan rates are also very competitive on used cars.

  Great customer service and top-notch loan department. They are always going out of their way to help the people in Schuylkill County! I would recommend!

  The employees are very friendly. Whenever I had a question or a problem that I needed help with they always are very helpful. I never had to wait for a reply on anything...they're very quick and thorough with their replies. CACL has great hours compared to other banks. No matter what department I needed to get ahold of, even if other customers were ahead of me they responded almost immediately. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend CACL.

  My experience with CACL is great overall. I wish their ATMs accepted cash deposits; it’s kind of annoying to go to the drive-thru every week. Checks clear very fast, and I’ve never had any issues with using my funds. The app, however, is atrocious. I have to enter my password every single time, which can be a hassle. Half the time the app itself is not working, and I have to wait until I’m able to log in. Other than that, I’ve been a happy customer. Unfortunately, I’ll be closing my accounts soon because I’ll eventually be moving out of this area.

  I have to say, having banked with CACL since 1990, in single small building in Marlin, it’s amazing how it’s grown. In my 30+ years of business with them (and my father was a member through the post office since early 80’s) they never fail to deliver. I’ve had more loans than I can count - my first car, first mortgage, first construction, refi’s, RV....it’s always seamless and the best rates around. I just closed a refi with Ryan Walsh....applied 8/27 from the comfort of home, had the approval, appraisal, and cash-out funds deposited/closed on 9/18. Only had to make one 5 minute trip into the building. 22 days total - amazing. Thanks Ryan and team! Bill “Mac” Magdeburg - Pottsville

  Customer service terrible when you call in for anything. An if have pay a loan with card from other bank.... well expect no one to answer the phone an yourbpayment will be late because of them! Ongoing issues everytime with it! Not addressed or fixed ever!

  The newest online banking format 11/2/20 is god awfully horrible. Truthfully it doesn’t even deserve one star. The individual/s who developed this “new” version should be terminated. The old one was super easy, showed everything, including my credit card. This “new” and “improved” version tells me I don’t have a credit card???? Huh, funny thing the monthly payment went out a few days ago. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel please!!! Let’s go back to the old user friendly format that I enjoyed for the past three years!!!
