  The manger at that frackville location is very unhelpful... He does not want to help customer’s That does not have any accounts with that branch. How would you try to get new customer if he can not work with any customer’s in general? 1. Does he has a race problem ? Yes 2. Does he trust none customers ? No 3. Is he that blinded to know how to set the bar to go above the call of his job? Yes My new bank is at Pottsville......frackville is a big no !!! Call frackville location and see for yourself when chatting with him..

  The staff has been very helpful throughout the three years I have been doing business with them. They help me with personal, business, and investing. The best bank I have dealt with. I will be with them for many years to come.

  300 a day cash limit at atm with no hopes of ever getting it raised. No online services ever work. Lots of zelle fraud to the point they put a 500 weekly limit on it. IT dept has no clue whats going on. I spent 8 hrs on the phone this weekend and all i wanna do is zelle my landlord the rent haha what a joke im closing my acct tomorrow....DONT DO IT!!!##&%@&%@$&$

  The people there have Always been courteous with me. I usually get fast service. The only downfall is hidden fees for legal matters.

  Staff is awesome, and they will help educate you on the complex matter that can be attached to financial issues. I've been coming here a long time and they never disappoint :-)
