  Girls are ignorant there and don't listen to what your trying to say , treat you like your dirt and also if your a working man owning a business they don't cash checks the girl told me , said the owner will tell you to cash it in your business account , I tried explaining they were closed, told the girl I'll call the place and she can call back there at the business number and the head person in accounts will answer tell them the place gave me the check plus the payroll page was there with the check with all information , she wouldn't listen too anything I said , just what she wanted too being ignorant! I went there because Walmart check reader won't ready my check , they check the number by a different machine , cash checks there before with no problems on the check side but the girls always think their better then everyone with their attitude others place cashed the check with no problems called up the number after this place and checked it person answered as I said ! I'd go there to buy movies , tools , or just check in to if I'd want to buy something to help keep a local business in business, I can tell you I'll never go here again all thanks to your ignorant worker ( girl with the glasses )! Must be a thing because the short girl with glasses back 3 years ago was the same way a top ignorant girl that o guess isn't there anymore and I left that go when I said something to my girlfriend low the girl working there started yelling at me when I wasn't even talking to her ! I had it with this place , see if me or my girlfriend Or any of my friends go there again ! I will drive 500 miles to cash a check not Affiliated with this place before I'd ever go there or give a Recommendation again ! It's the Principal of it , no respect! Because when I said no problem can I have my check and ID she gave it to me I walked out and she was still yelling with her mouth ! i was respectful and just walked out without saying anything but it was hard

  I lost my job back in June and was denied unemployment. I wasn’t sure how to get by. I took my knowledge of guitar and guitar pedals(circuits) to Walt and he and the girls have helped me all summer. I’m now working a new job and survived. Very kind, compassionate, and willing to work with you. The 1 star reviews on here are bogus ppl with bogus items. They obviously don’t know how business works, especially the pawn and antique business. Ty Walt, ty girls for all your help and I’ll see you soon :)

  If I can give it Zero stars I would. This place is honestly trash they will rip you off with no hesitation. Please do not go there for your own sake. I repeat go somewhere else or sell on eBay because this place is not it.

  These folks are beyond great! I drove 3 hours to buy an item I collect, and they held it for me! When I got there, I was warmly greeted and met Walt, the owner. He gave me a good history of the item which I appreciated. I wanted to return home by an alternate route, and he kindly brought up Google maps on his laptop and spent plenty of time explaining how to go home a better way. Another customer even made me a map!! What great people. I would definitely buy from them. People in Pottsville are super, as well!

  Went to cash a payroll check like I have many times before and was told "they can't cash it since they had less than 2000 dollars left for the day (closes at 4pm) and others were in line behind me waiting to cash their check. Plus they couldn't verify the check at that time. Not the first time I've cashed one on a Saturday. Will not be visiting this establishment anymore.

  Great service always polite, helpful and informative. All devices, gadgets, electronics and jewelry available to purchase, pawn or sell. A convient fair place with a bill payment service center. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

  Great place to shop, very fair on any items that you bring into pawn are sell. Shop at the store all the time. Great people to deal with

  Great place to buy just about anything, jewelry, guitars, tvs. All in great condition. Cheap too! I've been shopping there since they opened and I'm never disappointed. Thanks Walt, you make a pawnshop fun!

  Absolutely the best place and ONLY licensed Pawn shop in Schuylkill county! Kind owner/ my boss is very understanding and helpful to customers. Also new staff who are just as understanding and helpful!
