Brie Garcia2Sadly, not the friendliest of staff, rude and racist remarks were made for no reason whatsoever. Not a great experience for the first time doing any kind of transaction at this bank. If this wasn't the only branch of this bank around in the area I would give it only 1 star. I will be looking elsewhere to do our banking in the future.

Shawn Cicero13 times I have had issues, they tell you they will call back and never do. They explain its a heavy call day, its because there not only screwing me but others as well and we are all calling at the same time. When you have an issue you get transferred and switched between so many people and never get a resolution. Its so hard to find a new bank, bill pay used to be great, now they hit you with everything. A simple overdraft fee charged unwarranted will cost you an hour of your time. I really thought this was a good place, it was within the first month we had issues, no non stop since. All ending with I'm sorry, but the apology doesn't help the downtime you lost in the process. Wellsfargo got too big, Santander is lost, praying another bank can treat us the right way from this point forward. Yes, nice to stop in and cash a check, but you still swipe just like the ATM. I have to say they got 2 good employees to be fair. They are hard workers, but working in a disorganized bank they struggle.

Robert Britton3Consistently below par customer service. Insane array of overdraft and transfer fees, resulting from months of unauthorized funds manipulation between three accounts, cost me $472. Took over three months of visits, emails and phone calls to resolve, and even then they refused to refund one fee claiming it would override another credit previously posted. Tellers often take phone calls while serving you, sometimes just walking away leaving you to wait at the window. And if you call and get put on hold they never pick back up. Not professional. Will close all accounts as soon as next paycheck. UPDATE: 4/10/17 Service is improving, will see if it stays good and comment again.

Sommer Himmelreich1Lied to me to have me come back to the bank, promised a bonus if i came back which i didn't end up qualifying for due to my prior account. Its been a 90 days and an extra month of waiting. They promised me it will get fixed and a week and four days waiting after it should have posted and nothing. You go in and the persons who's fault it is doesn't even apologize but she does give you a dirty stare. Can't wait until the mess is over so I can take my money elsewhere.

Achille DePoitiers5I bank here mostly due to the staff; friendly, personable, capable, and polite. NEVER had an issue that was an issue with this branch. Santander bank policies are on Santander Bank itself, which i prefer over Wells Fargo, PNC, and other local banks, again mostly due to staff being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This branch has always been accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is AWESOME and personable; i actually enjoy banking here. I will likely tranfer my business accounts to Santander, through this branch, shortly. Big deposits? No problem. Big withdrawals? no problem, but i always give banks notice. If you cant keep your finances in line, thats on you. If you can, and prefer a personal touch and Santander is your bank, this is the branch to go to. Also, its a beauty of a bank; would LOVE to own that building someday.
