  The outside ATM is out of service nearly every time it rains. I was alarmed at almost 30 of the same repair attempts failed. The branch manager was not interested in my opinion of the situation. I was persistent to involve higher ups. I was not permitted contact information to reach authority. I received a list of excuses from the branch as follows: 1. Go to another branch ATM. 2. It happens every time it rains. 3. We are waiting on parts. 4. There's nothing we can do at the branch. 5. We're leasing the building, we need permission to relocate ATM. 6. We're suppose to get a new ATM. 7. We aren't allowed to give executive contact information out. 8. We're doing everything we can. I offered solutions that would solve the problem: 1. Canopy - most cost efficient and protects ATM from rain. The branch manager said they can't, later on said that one would be installed. 2. Permanent shut off the ATM - easiest solution. The branch said they have no control over ATM. It's up to customers to find out it's broken upon arrival. 3. Relocate ATM to covered drive thru - Most expensive and reliable. The branch resisted the idea due to cost Conclusion. Truist would rather waste money doing the same exact repairs. The money would have paid for the relocation of the ATM. The branch manager assured a canopy would be in place. That has yet to occur.

  So. This is now Truist bank? I had BB&T., car loan. Made first payment with Truish on phone after 2 hrs of my time, can't make 2nd payment after 2 more hours.they claim I have no account.BUT I ALLREADY PAID ONCE! no one knows anything, telling me to get in touch with BB&T. whatever happend to customer service. I don't understand this.niw I'm late! Ugh!

  Worst bank in Brevard. If you want to experience the worst customer service in town, and pay constant fees, bank here

  Went and opened a checking account here only to have it closed a few days later, the same day my debit card arrived. They then froze my initial deposit and held on to it for 3 weeks before finally mailing it back. Never even got use the account or card once. No rhyme or reason. No thanks.

  I've banked with Suntrust for several years in Virginia without any complaints. I recently opened another business account in Merritt Island for rentals I have in the area. After a few months of banking they closed my account in error and I can't get a reasonable explanation as to why. The VP there is Ashley Campisi, she handled the initial paperwork and can't give me an honest and clear answer as to why this happened. After looking at the reviews on this branch there seems to be a customer service problem. I suggest management reevaluate this branch before you loose any more business.

  We had a bad experience here. We opened an account so we would be able to close on a home we purchased. We were told the money would be available when we needed it but when it came time to get the money it wasn't available. I hope in the future the employees know what they are talking about. Probably will be changing banks.

  Worst bank in Brevard County. Don't make the same mistake I did. Fees, fees and more fees. I feel like someone just legally stole from me. Don't even walk through their doors they might charge you a fee.

  Horrible fees and the worst costumer service I have ever seen. Long lines and the main bank manager is always trying to work people over for their money. If you aren't old and rich they don't care about you.

  Since i'm been using Suntrust bank i always enjoy and appreciate the service that they offer and they were always there to help, but since Miss Juliana Sabato been working in this location everything change and fell in the hell, a lots fee to pay without any help, she let me go with my business account and merchandise service without even trying to do anything........with this lady working i think that a lots customers like me will go somewhere else to bank where people working are humans and not like a machine......good luck Suntrust
