  Danielle and Kayla went above and beyond to help me. I refinance my vehicle and it worked out better than I could ever expected. While I was in there refinancing my vehicle I also got a better interest rate and a bigger credit limit on my credit card. Danielle is helping me with all of these big moves in my life and making it seem so easy. I felt as if I was hanging out with two friends from back in the day it was very comfortable easy and a very good all-around great experience.

  I had the pleasure of Trinity Mcnenrey being my teller. Of course because of the detailed transitions involved. Shelley had to approve (as required). I felt confident as Trinity explained what was needed and kept me informed thru the entire process. I feel both did do as Launch advertised. They both went beyond what I expected. I also feel safe banking at Launch with their precautions. Thank you.

  I recently had the pleasure of doing business at the Merritt island launch credit union with Connie. She helped me refinanced my car and get a money back credit card with no problem.everything went well. Connie was very professional and very efficient and very helpful.   I want to thank Ms Tokmenko for all of her assistance in a very personal matter that I was trying to resolve. She was very patient, organized, and willing to go above and beyond. The result of that is that the situation was completely handled in a very efficient manner with very little effort on my part. Great customer service is usually a thing of the past but Ms Tokmenko truly helped change my mind on that! Thank you very much, I appreciate everything you did!

  Keyla, Branch Manager went beyond the call of duty for her service as a branch manager she was respectful honest recognized I as a combat Marine from Vietnam. I could not find any better service but what Keyla presented to me but also my wife Terry & my Granddaughter Destiny. Keyla trouble shot everything until she got my wife Terry digital online working This woman is outstanding hope you reward her soon I be happy for her to help us again she smiled the whole time!!!!!

  Last week I came through the teller line to pay my mortgage last week at the Merritt Island launch federal credit union drive-through. A lovely young lady by the name of Katerine Took care of me that day I just want to say her personality was like a ray of sunshine. She was so nice considerate and compassionate with a smile behind the mask even though you couldn’t see it I knew it was there her laughter was beautiful she made me laugh, and I hadn’t laughed all day. She went above and beyond taking care of her customer what a pleasure to have such a good employee to lighten and brighten peoples day as they came through her line. I hope that everyone gets to experience of coming in contact with Katerine, what a lovely young lady with a beautiful personality that will bless your heart❤️

  Merritt Island Launch is by far the BEST bank I have ever been to. The bank tellers are always friendly and go up a beyond what most people think. They advised me to keep at least $5 dollars in my accounts. Now I have started slowly putting money in there so I have money for my most precious person in the world my little Angel my daughter Elaina Rose B. The member services team are fantastic each time I ever needed to speak with a member services team I'm always treated with respect. Shawnett a member services teammate has always friendly and professional. It is very easy to tell she is dedicated to helping her clients and dedicated to Launch Credit Union. She helped me many times . I was really stressed one time about a couple thousand dollars and it turned out to be in my savings account for many people they would not even worry about that but I have had some life changing events going on and Shawnett noticed I was very concerned and quickly as possible she fixed the mix up.. I recommend this branch of Launch to everyone I know and to random people I may come in contact with especially when I hear them complaining about there big name banks the are using I tell them not only is Launch Credit Union a terrific bank but they also do loans, financial services and most importantly they treat you like family.
