  Closed today! Had a rough start getting other lenders to work with us. I guess our approval wasn't as easy as others, so we fell to the wayside a few times. Our realtor connected us with Caleb, and his team. We had a pre-approval in 24 hours. Like he siad we would! Caleb knocked it out of the park for us, and we are forever grateful!
