Mark Edson5I'd just like to offer a note of THANKS for the quite involved new account process this Chase team...made so easy. From the moment I called last week, I felt like EVERYONE at this branch was there for me...there to serve. Special thanks to David and Tammy for the loads of time, attention and expertise you offered to help navigate a complex situation. I'll look forward to many more visits!

Isaiah Sanchez5I really don't understand how this specific branch is not rated 5 stars ! No joke or exaggeration this place specifically has been beyond helpful and professional consistently for the last 4 years. Every single time regardless of the time or situation this branch continues to deliver world class customer service hands down. Absolute special shout out to CICI and David . No I don't know them personally they just care about their customers and it shows. Thanks for all you do.

Mathew Stein5Man, I have been through my fair share of frustrations with Chase as a whole. Lauren here got everything resolved and was extremely pleasant. I was on the verge of pulling everything from Chase but she changed my mind. This is an awesome branch of a not so awesome bank. Thank you Lauren!

Carl Sterling5What are all these people complaining about? It's a bank. I have never had to wait more than a minute for a teller in house or in the drive thru. Then again, I rarely have to use one. Geoffrey helped me out before, and so have others inside for banking services. I guess a couple times I have waited until my next visit if the extra service area was full. And of course your money is safe. It's a bank!?

John Paul Zepp4Great tellers with excellent service. Manager is either someone's relative or has something to blackmail an executive. Least helpful person in the branch. Best avoided, I go to the Viera branch when I need to see management or get valid advice.

Anton Alexandrov1Horrible customer service on branch manager level at this particular location! Came in for a simple procedure - to add my wife as a joint user onto my account. Before heading out to the branch I called Chase's call center to see what kind of documents I need to bring with me. Call center instructed me to bring 1 form of ID for myself and my wife. When I showed up at the branch with 2 forms of ID for each of us, I've been told that Chase has some kind of policy that will only allow to add members to an account who have and ID w/ an address on it. I understand that policy is made at corporate level, however a simple apology for misinformation that I received from Chase's call center would have been nice. But branch manager just asked whether I called the branch or national call center and proceeded to wishing me a good day and not being able to help me. End line - bank's corporate call center and Florida's branches are out of sync. Info that you get from call center needs to be verified by calling your local branch. For me this is unacceptable level of service. Hello Wells Fargo.

Stuart Levine1This branch is way too busy for any timely services within the lobby. ATM at least can keep up with the foot traffic, inside clearly not so much. And don’t bother calling them......... they have a history of never picking up, always automated beginning with the always popular catch phrase......... “We are sorry” Quite being sorry and try starting to actually answer the darn phone. Act like you appreciate and actually want my business ........ Drones, Drones....... everywhere.

Detroit Q3I'm not sure what Geoffrey was up to but he definitely made me feel uncomfortable and like he was background checking me even though I gave him the proper ID. First his excuse was that his computer was slow, then it was the printer only prints one page at a time (well isn't that usually how printers work? ) I got the distinct impression that he was profiling me which is why I am giving this branch 3 stars.

Barbara Gwiazda5My husband and I had a pleasant experience opening up a savings account. VP Mr. Geoffrey Hoenie personally ensured that we were comfortable with the more extensive than expected process. We feel that we are in good hands with Chase.

Christina Smith1This branch has horrible service. You can call countless times and no one ever picks up. I’ve had to personally leave a message in person with the bank teller twice for the banker to get back to get back to me. They truly do not care about the customer.
