  In having debit card complications I contacted Launch and had the pleasure of working with Erica (contact center manager) AKA Mother Teresa of Launch she took the time to listen carefully to the situation and took the extended time to CLEARLY explain what I needed to do which corrected everything.   I'm sorry to have to admit that most of these negative posts are not far from the truth. I've been with LCU for about 1-1/2 years. I like to attach myself to a good representative to assure I don't have to waste time explaining situations that are already known. I did that and was very happy with the rep that worked with me. Suddenly, he is gone. Anyway, some of the people I deal with now are border-line rude. I know some are probably wonderful, but I apparently run into the ones who aren't. Not good for business, Officers.

  I go to the branch on the PAFB side of KSC and the one at the KSC side by the VAB. They always go way above and beyond. Angela helped me with my car loan and not loan. She is the best! All of them in those branches go above and beyond. I come on base on my day off instead of the other branches. They are the best! Very professional and knowledgeable.
