I have given you an opportunity to respond and make things right and you've ignored me. If I haven't gotten a response from you or your team by next week I'll post the entire email I sent, verbatim for anyone who wants to know what I meant by "bad business practices". Follow-Up: No reply to my email so obviously this business doesn't care once they have your money.

They're always very prompt getting back to you, and usually they'll get your car out the same day unless it's something major. Special shout-out to Christy my service advisor.

Mexikano Pistol1I currently purchase three vehicles from the Towncar Nissan used car dealership all within a month paying cash estimating around 21,000. Not only was this a special moment in my life as well as my family's because these vehicles were being bought for my children as there first vehicle. I bought a 2008 BMW with a warrenty for my 16 year old daughter about 8 months ago after purchasing the vehicle I had to tow it back the very next day due to there being mechanical issues which Nissan Towncar fixed after I had to pay to get it there which was not cheap due to me living a hour away but that is the least of it, I now had a daughter that was devastated. Well they fixed it. Then afterwards I took it to the BMW service center where I'm located to be told that there are major issues with this car and that the warranty doesn't apply to this car due to this issues being pre-existing. That is not even the worse of the matter i still have not received my title for this car that I supposely owe. After acquiring about this matter with several people at the used Towncar Nissan Dealership where I purchased it at I was informed that the title was still in the process of getting transferred out of the other person's name that owed it into the dealerships where 8 months later that is still the issue so the used Nissan dealership basically sold me a car that was not theirs, after this matter continued me going back and forth to get paper tag every month wasting my time and money and it been several month of this I began to call to the dealership to talk to the managers and director only to be avoided, hang up on or just giving the run around to this day. I have done everything possible to fix this matter but thinking that since I am a woman that it really just doesn't matter to them.

SC65 GTO1Took car in limping. Had to leave in a wheel chair. Not only did they not fix it but sabotaged it which made it worse. Go anywhere else even a gas station does more quality work. Went in P301 misfire on one cylider. Came out P300 multiple misfires. Opposite of repair or serviced. Could not trust them to give the car back in at least the same condition it came in. How could they be trusted to service the car.

However, I received excellent customer service from Daniela (sales), Ken (manager), and Tamarcus (financing). They were able to get me into a new Nissan Rogue. Just love my new car. What was so refreshing....I was not greeted by a flock of anxious sales people needing to meet their end of the month quota. Daniela was not pushy but patient and supportive. Her manager Ken told me that I would definitely get financed and for me not to worry and as for Tamarcus he explained the financing so well that I learned so much about my credit score and auto financing. I left driving in a beautiful car with a great big smile and peace of mind with no more old car auto issues. Thank you Daniela, Ken and TaMarcus!!!
