Dina Sledge1I had a loan with this pawn shop. I wanted to pick it up on Sunday. The yellow slip I was provided with when I renewed the loan did not state they were closed on Sunday. I know an extra day of interest doesn't seem like a big deal when it comes to money. My issue is their system should not allow a grace date or end date to actually fall on a Sunday only have Monday through Saturday as its options.

Kevin1Low quality staff. Very unhelpful when I asked to look at items behind the counter. They insisted I hand them my phone so they could take a picture of blu-ray labels instead of simply placing the 10 Blurays on the counter. I like to buy tools and firearms from pawn shops as well and they made sure I left before trying to look for anything else. Do not recommend.

Vince Cormaci5Thomas over at Top Cash Pawn #3 made my experience very simple and easy. Purchasing a firearm from this shop was a breeze and I had no issues what so ever. The pricing was incredible and I got a great on an AK. Thank you and I can’t wait to take this out to the range! Shop here with confidence!

Daniel Skinner5This little shop is a unique experience in the land of Austin’s Pawn Shops. Last time I visited I saw a life sized Jack Daniels statue and vintage record players. It may not be the biggest - but the staff are kind, personable and fair!

Amber Hyde1If I could put 0 stars I would .. the manger is a young little girl who is extremely rude and definitely has no customer service .. sure as to why they have a store full of junk they can’t sell. Avoid this place!

G-Money4I stopped in today for the first time. The shop is small but has some good items. Eric was really nice and let me check out a couple of MIDI controllers and I found one for a good price. I'll be stopping by again now that I know its there.

Texas Star1You get to the store: No acknowledgment, no interest in buyers, very organized store with a lack of customer service. Busy with personal cell. The manager, no effort either. JULY 10th 2019 17:13 Keep your personal like this....

Know Body1I had been to this pawn shop a couple of times before today, buying various things. One of my purchases was a lawnmower which needed significant repairs after brief use. After spending another $70 on it, the lawnmower worked for about 45 minutes before the engine blew up. Knowing that a fair amount of risk is involved when buying used products, I didn't complain. Today I visited the store during my lunch break to get a small loan for three days; just a little pocket money until payday to cover for unexpected expenses. I brought some computer equipment as collateral, including the 17" laptop I'm typing this on. I informed them that I brought the AC adapter in with it since the battery wasn't very good. I shouldn't have said anything I suppose as the battery will still get 30 mins to an hour of battery life, but I like to be honest and figured it didn't matter since I was only looking for a $40-50 loan for three days. I was turned away. I really couldn't believe it. The guy said they pretty much take anything of value, but yet my collateral worth far more than the tiny loan was rejected. Needless to say, I'll never be purchasing anything from them again. I'm glad this happened before I decide to make another pawn shop purchase so I know to avoid them.

Art Art1I was having some hard times and took out a loan on a Keurig coffee machine and a tablet. The Keurig was an older model and the tablet was aging. They offered $45 on a loan. That is all I needed, so I took it. I have another Keurig and I rarely used the tablet, so I forgot about it. I remembered 5 days past the due date. I called and they have the items, but demand I pay the shop prices to get them back. They are definitely withing their rights to do this, but I am a repeat customer. I have bought a number of things from them as well as sold. They are willing to lose a repeat customer over $10-$20 one time profit off of my items. These are foolish people who won't be getting my business again. I would advise to avoid like the others who have posted here.
