  The folks at NRL are so amazing. I am a first time home buyer (now owner) and with all the other things that go on during the process it's easy to forget things. Every time I called their office they were so kind and eager to get me the information I was asking for. Even if I'd had to ask them to clarify it a few times since my brain was so swamped. Rachel was my direct contact and she was absolutely fabulous. She was so prompt and knowledgeable. They made closing as quick and painless as they possibly could. So grateful for their help and advice! They even gave us a sentimental closing gift that also brought me to tears. After everything you go through to buy a home (especially if it's your first time) it's so wonderful to have someone congratulate you at the finish line.

  Working with the Cody Reid and his team was an excellent experience. Cody was very responsive via text and email throughout the entire process. His team had my loan closed very quickly and were very professional during the entire process. Cody even came to my closing! All and all, great staff and I'd highly recommend them!

  I just bought my first home and had a pretty awful experience with the first lender I was sent to (some shady business was going on, refusing to try to find the best deal for me, lying to my employer to try to push the loan through after being told I was using a different lender, etc.). NRL was communicative, responsive and easy to work with. It was never more than a day between reaching out to them with any yes questions before I heard back. The whole process was smooth and simple...I would definitely use NRL again in the future if I ever decide to buy another home

  We are first time homebuyers and just closed on our home. We used NRL and I can’t even begin to tell you what a wonderful experience it was. From the very beginning of the process with Erika to the very end with Ashley and her team. They walked us through the whole process and were always available to answer all of our questions no matter how many times we bugged them! They kept us updated as to what was coming up next and the status of our loan. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance a home. :)
