  Thomas Jussila makes dreams come true. To say that I am happy with his performance is an understatement. I am a first time home buyer and he somehow made the entire process enjoyable. Thomas was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, caring. From day one, Thomas treated me like family. You can tell he genuinely cares about all of his clients.   Thomas and his team are the cream of the crop in regard to mortgage lending. My wife and I recently moved to the Twin Cities area from the east coast and were quickly referred to Thomas to help us finance our new home. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable in the financing process and as a bonus has a ton of experience in the VA Loan process which is what we used to finance our home. He helped us find the best rates and we couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. Thomas was extremely responsive while my wife and I rifled off our hundreds of questions and concerns throughout the process. Aside from all of what I previously stated, Thomas and his team are all truly GOOD people and were always focused on making sure we were comfortable during what could be an uncomfortable process to some. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending him to family/friends and I look forward to working with him and his team the next time we look to purchase some real estate!

  This was the most professional and well organized loan process I have ever gone through. Thomas was incredibly helpful. He made the process easy. It seemed as if he was almost always available to answer questions return a phone call or a text message. I highly recommend Thomas and his team. As far as I’m concerned they are the very best.

  Thomas and his team are awesome and down to earth people. He keeps it real and is a straight shooter. We ran into complications with my loan and the man restructured my whole loan two weeks prior to closing and We were still able to make it happen on the scheduled closing date. 10/10 recommend this man!

  My realtor Taylyr referred my wife and I to Thomas and the My City Mortgage team early on in the home buying process and I can say without a doubt he and his team provide nothing short of white glove service. Thomas goes above and beyond to make himself available to answer any questions you have as your going through your home search process and especially during the crunch time window when your getting ready to put an offer in, he makes himself available any time of the day, night or weekend. We were able to land our Edina dream home thanks to the brilliance of Thomas's creative financing options he worked with us to figure out and when our offer was submitted Thomas even went so far as to call the listing agent and let her know how qualified we were as applicants. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to Thomas's Loan processor Heidi Borel. As we approached closing Heidi was organized, thorough, super helpful in determining what documents were needed and overall a joy to work with.
