  Shane was one of the main reasons that my offer to buy my house was accepted. He made a call on a Sunday afternoon to the seller to let them know that I was fully approved and qualified to purchase which is what set me apart from other offers! I was very impressed that he was willing to do that for me! Throughout the closing process Shane was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had. He showed me all of my options to make sure I was comfortable with my payment and took time to explain the details. The entire process was smooth, easy and professional. Shane even came to my closing in Eau Claire in person to support me and make sure I didn't have any questions. He's wonderful to work with and I definitely recommend him to other home-buyers!

  I never imagined a home buying process could be so easy, but Oliver helped make it possible. I was a first time home buyer and I had no prior knowledge. My friends recommended Oliver and it was a breeze working with him. Every question I had over e-mail or text was usually answered in minutes and with detail. He never made it feel like I was bothering him. Every quote he sent me for potential homes were fast and accurate. He helped me dial down what I could actually afford and it made the search much more efficient. He always kept me up to speed on what comes next so I never had to worry I was missing a step or getting behind in the process. I'm recommending him to everyone I know!

  My fiance and I are first time home owners. We were very hesitant to even inquire about owning a home but Oliver and his Team made us more and more confident. It didn't matter the time of day, or even what day it was for that matter-they were always quick to respond to any question or concern we had. They are very caring and personable. There were Sunday nights were our realtor reached out to the for an estimate on an offer and they would get it done in just a few minutes. Can't speak highly enough about how easy and enjoyable they made this entire process. We will be going back to them time and time again when buying a new home!

  Best decision! This was my first time going through the refinancing process. I was not looking forward to it, as I thought it may be a long and painful experience. I was so wrong! I knew I should take advantage of a lower rate and get arid of my PMI.
