  Thomas was invaluable in helping my husband and me with the home buying process. We were not anticipating a home search at that juncture in our lives, but found ourselves there due to a sudden employment change. During what will surely go down in history as one of the most insane times to buy a home, Thomas kept a steady head and guided us through the process seamlessly. He made a point to not only make sure we had the information we needed via writing/electronic correspondence, but he was wonderful about calling as well to follow up and address questions as needed. Furthermore, he went out of his way to reach us during times that worked for us, as he knew I worked 10-hour days and prioritized spending evening hours with my 2 young children. He recommended a great realtor and worked closely with them throughout the process, which took a lot off our plate as well. Adding an extra layer of "wow" to the whole process was the fact that we were buying in Wisconsin and working with Thomas in Minnesota--you would never know we were 300 miles away! While Thomas is obviously excellent at his job, I think what is maybe even more impressive is how much he clearly cares about the individuals with whom he works. That's a quality that can't be taught and isn't seen often enough.

  My husband and I really enjoyed working with Thomas to refinance our home. Thomas is a curious, friendly, and helpful person who has excellent people skills.   Thomas helped my partner and I facilitate our mortgage with Axia Home Loans. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Thomas was able to help us with all of them and make us feel confident in our decisions along the way! Perhaps our favorite quality in Thomas was he stellar communication. When Thomas didn’t know something off the top of his head, he looked it up and ALWAYS got back to us quickly. When he had new information, we knew right away (usually via text, email, and a phone call)! We knew Thomas was always on our side, as he was upbeat, friendly, and eager to help every time we spoke. But, importantly, he was also eager to learn and never took the process, us, or our questions for granted.

  I had not heard of Axia before but was happy to try them since Thomas is such a great guy. I am also really happy with how great of a rate Thomas was able to get me!! Thomas was very prompt with answering my calls and very helpful and informed about the mortgage process. He helped me make choices with his knowledge of the options available to me. He is very personable and friendly and made me feel comfortable with asking him questions. He helped me understand what I was agreeing to. He made me feel important to him as a customer.
