  Working with Oliver and his team was so easy and they helped us understand the process from the very beginning! As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were supposed to ask or know going into this, and we never felt judged, even when I would ask the same question multiple times.. Every team member was easy to reach and would responded so quick at all times of the day not just “normal” business hours!   I approaced Oliver White through one of the realtor. Right from filling application to submitting all documents and the response from his team is so fast, my refi process completed in a mattter of time and also mainthing is the interest rate, there was a huge difference with other lendors as compare to Oliver White rate of interest. Now my loan tennure reduced from 30yrs to 15yrs with the same EMI as i was paying for 30yrs. Basically im saving about 150k as my initial rate of interest was high.
