  Shane was great to work with. He took the time to explain everything, was quick to respond, and made the entire process very easy. I went to Shane after having having a poor experience with my first loan officer and it was a night and day difference.

  Shane made our lending process simple to understand and easy to go through. He was available to answer questions and run numbers whenever we were ready and always did so with positivity! I would have never expected a lender to answer my phone call at 8 pm on a Sunday because we wanted to put in an offer on a house right then and there. Shane did! As a first time homeowner, I am so pleased to have Shane on my side!

  We started the buying process with another lender and quickly realized how much of a nightmare they were. My mother suggested Fairway, we were paired with Shane and couldn't be happier with the change. Shane was great at communicating and keeping us calm. He quickly got us on track to closing on our new home. We are so happy with Shane and his team and would highly recommend them!!

  Shane made this process simple and easy although there were many hurdles he had to overcome to get our closing to the finish line. Shane communicated quickly and effectively and took the time needed to walk us through any questions or concerns. Would absolutely recommend Shane to anyone in the home buying process.
