  I had a very complicated situation regarding my loan and In fact was told by two other lenders it wasn’t possible to refinance. Not only did Mona and her team make it possible they jumped over every hurdle that came our way and there were many. I’d recommend anyone who is looking to refi or buy a new home to give Mona a shot.   THE REAL DEAL! Honestly, I really wish I could give more than five stars! Mona and The Lenders Team went above and beyond, my family is so blessed to have worked with them on our home. For anyone who has purchased a home before knows that buying a home is not for the faint of heart. It comes with a lot of paperwork and emotional ups and downs. As a first time home buyer Mona and The lenders walked us through this process so smoothly and with much heart and patience. They were able to get us to close in less than a month!!! While that is not typical, I only mention it because that's how impressive they are. Listen to what they say, follow every instruction and you'll find yourself living in your new dream.   My husband and i had the most AMAZING experience with Mona. We talked to four other lenders before we talked to her & every single one of them told us they couldn’t help us.   When no one else could help, and I am not exaggerating, Mona came to the rescue. I needed a bank statement mortgage during Corona shut downs. An almost impossible task, however, many months and more hours than I can keep track of later, I have my mortgage. Can't be more grateful that she did not give up.
