  Have been going to cheif for a few years, absolutely love the experience. Better than any other credit union ive been to. They’ll work with you and the customer service is awesome. Chevon is an outstanding employee, any bank should be honored to have her as an employee. 5 stars.

  Dina-the brach manager, was a pleasure to work with. She stayed late to close on my auto loan and went over all the documents thoroughly. Got a great rate and a very pleasant experience. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND ESPECIALLY HER!!

  Great place to bank! Staff is always friendly and helpfull. Been with them for a long time and I have never had a bad encounter. Last week was a hard week for me and one of the women I spoke to on the phone (chevon) was a great help and made me feel valued and not like I was a burden! Shes awsome! And so is chief financial!

  I called to inquire about the credit union to determine if I want to move my account from my current institution. I am not sure if I will make the move but I can assure you if I do it will be because of the professionalism and the courteous manner in which I was treated. Chevon was knowledgeable and very helpful. You have an asset in this employee.

  We worked with Nadia Luchtman who went above and beyond our expectations. She did not stop working with us and for us until we signd on the dotted line. The mortgage process can be very stressful, complex and frustrating but Nadia walked us through the process. She explained things to us clearly, and many times, re-explained things so we understood exactly what was needed, when and why. We couldn't be happier with Chief Financial, especially working with Nadia Luchtman. She is smart, responsive, extremely knowledgeable (really really smart) and a pleasure to work with. The end result is we got the condo!! We love it!! Couldn't have done it without Chief Financial and Nadia Luchtman.
