  I could write a love letter about how much I love this title company and it would not do it justice. I'm a realtor and can tell you that not every title company is the same. Liberty goes above and beyond constantly. I strongly reccomend working with Dorothy Heathcote and her team. They are a cut above and I would trust them with all of my business.

  Our closing was in 24 hrs. We never received a closing document to review. I called the title company at 9:30 am to get the amount I needed to wire. I wired that amount. Then at 6:00 pm we finally get closing documents. Closing amounts changed three times due to errors on Liberty title. Then Andrea was very accusing as to who had given me the original numbers. Almost like she thought I made them up, even stating who would even do that. However, the gentleman who handled the actual closing was very nice. I will never have another closing with Liberty title.

  We had a closing today with Rochester Liberty Title. I have to say that from the beginning of this journey to the end, Liberty Title has been wonderful to work with. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, which made this a very comfortable transaction. I will recommend Liberty Title to all of my friends. Covid Safe too.   I have worked with Liberty Title for years, Dorothy, Joe & Andrea are always very helpful we have had some challenges but I can trust them to make it right, they even answer after hours which proves to me how dedicated they are to their jobs. I have had closings with other companies & always walk away glad that I use Liberty their quality is much higher than most other title companies.

  Our closing was simple and quick with liberty title. We even had to bring our toddler along with us and she was super satisfied in the comfy room with the snacks and water they had out for us. Thank goodness for that!

  Liberty title is by far the best title agency I have worked with in purchasing and selling my homes. They are unbelievably organized and on top of absolutely every last detail for the mortgage process. They make everything extremely simple to understand and make the closing process a joy, which it should be!
