  Don and his team are absolutely amazing to work with. They make you feel like you are their only client and part of their family. Being first time home buyers, we literally had no clue what we were doing, but Don was there to answer calls or texts on the evening or even weekends to ensure we did not sign anything we werent comfortable with, and we always knew what was going on through every step. Going into the buying process in these crazy times was stressful enough, but having this team really made it easier. They also do not run your credit mutiple times like some car dealerships do, and really make sure to match you with the best rates and company. Don also went above and beyond to make a relationship with my realtor. With this relationship we were able to close way ahead of schedule and faster than I ever thought possible. Because of this awesome team, we officially are homeowners and could not be happier. Thank you Don, Lexi, and the whole Gem team.

  Me and my fiancé were purchasing our first home and were very nervous about the whole process, but Don put us at ease and helped make our experience great! He explain everything to us and was VERY responsive whenever we had a question or concern.
