  I do not normally do reviews, however when a coworker suggested to use Envoy (Lynn) I was a little nervous. However from the first phone call Lynn made me feel like I made the right choice. The process was very smooth and seamless. You always hear horror stories, but I may say I did not have that. We had our offer accepted on Jan 4th and Closed on Jan 29th. I would and will recommend Lynn and Envoy whenever I can.

  Daniel Paradowski was very helpful from the beginning to the end of the loan process. He gave us a detailed plan on how to get the loan and it worked. My husband and I are very happy with our new home. Dan walked us through every step. Dan is very comedic he kept us laughing. GREAT MAN!! He comes highly recommended!!

  Envoy Mortgage and Tim, made the home buying process an absolute breeze, especially for someone who had never owned a home. I couldn’t ask for anymore out of a lender and extremely thankful they were able to help me! I won’t be getting my mortgage through anyone else. Envoy rocks!!!

  Honestly, the 1 star is generous. I was pre-approved for a conventional home loan - no debt, 740+ credit score, been working full-time for 2.5 years - and was then denied. Envoy contacted my home insurance company, told them I was closing, had the policy activated; I was given a clear to close on Friday, notified that it was under secondary review on Saturday, and told I was denied on Monday - all right as I was scheduled to close on the home. When I asked the Rochester team what happened, I was told my loan underwent a corporate level audit and they were unable to verify my income (nobody at my company had even been contacted by corporate), but they couldn't provide any more information than that. I was told on the phone that I was "black listed" by Envoy and to try starting over somewhere else, and "it had been nice to work with me, but they kinda inherited my file anyway" as my previous Loan Originator with Envoy left the company halfway through the process. Horrible experience, I would not recommend Envoy to anyone. Flagstar processed and helped me close on my home within 3 weeks of this catastrophe.

  Tim and the Envoy did a spectacular job for my wife and I!! They are on top of their game. I definitely recommend Envoy for all of your real estate needs.

  Sean and his team were extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. Their system set-up made it very easy to upload all pertinent information, e-sign all documentation, and coordinate with the title agency which allowed us to close on the house very quickly! This was my 3rd time doing business with Sean and his team, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mortgage lending needs.

  Lynn was absolutely fantastic! She made the process so much better with her positivity, attention to detail, competence, proactivity, professionalism, and responsiveness. Her rates were competitive and her customer service was second to none. She even came to the closing! I highly recommend Lynn!
