  We would absolutely recommend Jason Ruedy, The Home Loan Arranger! We worked with both Jason and Jeremy and they did a great job with our refinance. Due to some strange circumstances beyond anyone’s control, there was a red-tape hiccup with our loan, but Jason and Jeremy handled everything with ease and professionalism. You can really tell the true character of a company when there is a potential customer service issue, and these guys were awesome! Seriously, if you’re looking into a home loan or refi, call these guys.

  I've refinanced twice with the Home Loan Arranger over the years and could not be more pleased with the ease of the whole process. This last time was during Covid and we were able to do everything electronically but for the actual signing. The whole process was both quick and easy!

  This company is AWESOME; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM, best interest rates! I was approved within less than a week and closed within 14 days. They were the fastest response when I was shopping and were the most knowledgable. I am saving over $600.00 a month because I refinance my home using "The Home Loan Arranger"

  My wife and I owe our new house to Jason! Without him, we would not be in our home. We bought a town home and the developer and listing real estate company were being very fishy about the whole thing. With Jason's advice we locked in our loan while the listing agent was advising us not to. They gave us notice of our close date 4 business days before closing. Because of Jason's advice to start the process 6 days before this, he was able to push our loan through in just 10 days and took all the stress and anxiety off of us! I recommend all my friends and family to use Jason for their loan. He is the best and will always have your best interest top of mind!!!

  Jason and his team are true professionals who work for you to help achieve your goal. I was turned down by 2 different lenders, so when I contacted Jason I told him about this issue and why. It didn't faze him. Jason and his team went to work and helped me accomplish my end goal. I highly recommend Jason Ruedy and his team.

  Hey Gang!...Jason Is Awesome To Work With! He helped me to get a great deal on my home loan and had the whole deal wrapped up in no time at all.   These guy's don't mess around. We had our loan closed within about 2 weeks from when we started. And my wife and I are both self employed, which is always more of a challenge. They respond back to emails very quickly. Highly recommended.

  100% Accurate! I spoke to you under a different name on the phone because your advertising was to good to be true and it turned out it was - clients beware - Used car salesman turned mortgage broker. This is the biggest deception of advertising I’ve seen! What is advertised is poorly disclosed and turns out to only be available to a select group of VA borrowers. The owner had a pushy attitude, i had to dig for the correct closing cost, etc. Very deceptive.
