  We have completed three loans with Joe and his team at Castle & Cooke. Two purchases and a recent refinance. All three went smoothly and closed in record time. After our first loan, we chose to go back because of Joe's integrity. We trusted he would be honest and follow through.   From the very first phone call with Emily, we felt nothing but comfortable. Every step of the process was clearly communicated via email with next step videos and Tuesday phone call updates.
