  I can't say enough good things about Joe Massey and his team! I've worked with them on a couple loans and both times the experience was fantastic!! If I could give them 6 stars I would. You would think that buying a house would be a stressful process, but not with Joe and his team. My wife and I both felt that the process was smooth and as stress free as can be...very streamlined with excellent communication from his team throughout. Not only was our customer experience top notch during the loan process, but even afterwards the follow up and genuine care that was shown really made us feel good. If you're dealing with Joe Massey and his team you are in very good hands!

  I just want to thank Castle & Cooke for calling and reminding me that they exist, even though I have never done business with them before. I had forgotten all about them, and intentionally avoided their phone calls until they would leave me alone. However, thanks to their dedicated sales team who can’t take no for an answer, I got a call from them today, after months of blissful silence. I highly recommend getting a mortgage from them. It is the only way to get them to leave you alone.

  Our refinance experience with Castle & Cooke with Joe Massey's team could not have gone more smoothly. From beginning to end we were informed and supported by the entire team, having the check-in calls even when nothing was pending from us just to confirm things were on track were awesome and show a level of detail and client service that is very rare any longer.   I used Castle and Cooke for my home loan, then again a year later to refinance. Both times I had a great experience. It wasn’t stressful at all. I knew exactly what I needed to provide and I knew all the steps in the process because Joe Massey and his team kept me very informed. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lender or to refinance. They are always very responsive and great to work with. Hands down 5 stars! Ryan

  When we moved to Colorado and purchased our home about 10 years ago, Castle & Cook (Lisa Gross) did a terrific job for us and we’ve never had an issue with our mortgage. So, when my wife and I discussed possibly refinancing, we reached out to our Castle & Cook loan officer. We are so glad we did! I spoke with Christin Richardson and explained what my wife and I were thinking about. The next day we met and she had three options ready for us. After reviewing and deciding which option worked best for us … AWESOME RATE … Christin had the paperwork to start the process already prepared and I was able to do all the initial signing/initialing without my wife having to take off work. We had weekly updates, but not many, as we were “closed” in just over 3 weeks from calling. The bottom line … we received a great rate, were able to pay off our RV and save $500+ a month! We want thank Christin and the entire Castle & Cook team for the friendly, courteous and “blow your socks off” service. The ease and smoothness of this refinance process was above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Castle & Cook to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home.

  We used Castle & Cooke for our home purchase and then our refinance. We trust Joe and his team so they were are first choice. The team communicates regularly and go 110% to make sure all of our questions are answered. They coordinated with third parties (i.e. title company) and everyone was in the loop from day one to ensure seamless process. They are also quick to move the loan through to closing. I can go on... our experience was excellent and would highly recommend.

  My experience with Castle & Cooke Mortgage was outstanding. The staff, Joe, Nichole and Jamie, were all very helpful and professional. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. From the first phone call to the closing, my expectations were met. I would highly recommend Castle & Cooke to anyone.

  Easiest lending process I’ve ever been through. Joe and his team are professionals that deliver on their promises. I never waited more than a couple of hours to have my questions answered. This is our 3rd house, and by far the best lending experience we’ve had.   Joe and his team did an amazing job throughout the whole process! I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to refi or take out a new mortgage. They were in constant contact with how the process was progressing and their use of technology to keep me in the loop was amazing. Seriously, cannot recommend them enough!

  I've worked with Joe and his team on many transactions. When you work in the title & escrow business you get to see how a lender really performs behind the scenes ---are they timely with their loan figures, do they communicate well, do they follow through, etc. I've also referred people to C&C on several occasions and they've had the same reliable, professional experience. Joe's team is consistently outstanding.
