      The atm is always down when I go to get cash (3 times in a row!) so I always get charged fees for using other atms! (The next closest branch to me is almost 20 miles away!!!) photo below is of the last time, and the time before the ‘construction’ crew just blatantly blocked it, so I was forced to go inside. I went inside to just get cash, it took 10 minutes and then as I’m leaving the woman tells me there are multiple issues with my account and takes 20 minutes to change my address. I have gotten stupid fees from this bank for “bad address” which I was told was due to an issue with the postal service (?) and was refunded after multiple times contacting the bank. I have been charged monthly for a paper statement when I have never received them and signed up for online banking multiple times. I only joined because it was the only bank open around the holidays last year. The only pro is that they have accounts with no monthly fees.

      It’s difficult to give this location a great review, even though my experience with Blue (overall) has been very positive. I recommended Blue FCU to my mom, who moved over a couple of years ago. She’s on a fixed income, therefore moving her government, social security information over is a big hassle and takes a lot of time and paperwork. Since, she has had nothing but issues with this location, which include getting funds released (government funds, mind you) and after a recent HELOC loan application, Desiree was an absolute nightmare to work with. On a positive note, she’s applied for the loan through another credit union, been approved, and is receiving great customer service. Needless to say, she’ll be moving all her money, income and loans to a more responsive, customer friendly FCU. Sorry, mom!

      I went in to take a cash withdrawal as Blue FCU is a shared branch/co-op of my personal bank in Wyoming and Evanna was so great to work with! She was very friendly and personable and I was able to make my withdrawal with no issues at all! They are new to the community and they are a great bank and have a friendly staff! Go check them out! I'm thankful they are here in Denver.

      I have had the pleasure of banking with Blue Federal Credit Union since the change over from Liberty Savings. As my relationship with the staff goes back over twenty years to Liberty Savings, I was a bit concerned that the transition would result in a staffing change as well. But to their credit, Blue kept the staff I had become familiar with, because it was their courtesy and professionalism that kept me as a customer. This tells me a lot about a business, as some will completely change staff when a transition takes place. That Blue did not do this is a indication of the kind of business I will continue to patronize and place my trust in because of the way they treat their employees. Rachel, Juana, Desiree, Evanna, and Sarahi are the epitome of professionalism, and when I had a transaction miscue a couple of months ago, it was their quick response and ability to work with me that saved me a considerable amount of time...and money. The quality of service is first rate, and while I must admit to a bit of trepidation when the changeover was announced, it was the professionalism of the Blue staff at Yale that was instrumental in ensuring the transition was a complete success. Trust. It is the foundation upon which any successful business or relationship is built. And the reason I will continue to bank with Blue Federal Credit Union is because of the trust I have in the the Blue Crew at Yale. Trust that is born of the ethics, the professionalism and the courtesy they have shown me. Bravo Zulu, guys!

      Blue Federal Credit Union makes banking a stress-free quick trip (even easier if you elect online banking). Look at these pluses: Easy street/highway access (E. Yale Ave. & So. Monaco Pkwy.); close-in parking; never a "line" awaiting a teller's attention; easy-to-read monthly statements; very friendly staff; and no service charges (on most accounts). Their service rates an A+ from me. Unless you need advanced business services, there is no good reason to bank at the large "chain" banks. If your present banking is elsewhere, stop by Blue; see how easy it is to effect a transition to Blue. Steve Susman

      We just paid our first loan payment at this location, and Evanna not only took our payment, she explained how everything works, online setup, and how to establish outside accounts to pay our loan. She was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, dispelled our concerns, and just eager to help. She made our first time being members, so welcome. What great service she gave us, we are VERY pleased, and looking forward to doing more business at Blue. Thank you. 💙

      You've done it again Blue Crew! Since moving to Southern Colorado from Northern Colorado, we have made this our Blue FCU branch. They never disappoint with welcoming us with such kind hearts and always topnotch professional service. Talk about going that extra mile! Just recently, we had a situation where a certified bank check in a large amount was deposited into our bank account and we needed the funds released sooner than their standard 7 day funds hold. The Blue Crew pulled through for us and we had the funds released in 2 business days to use for our new to us vehicle purchase. The Blue Crew even sent us a hand written/ signed congratulations card for our new purchase and that they were happy to be apart of our new journey.       Frustrated that the most convenient location for me and my employees is also the one with the worst customer service. Ophelia belongs at the dmv teller line not a credit union teller line.
