  My parents have been trying to get a mortgage for our first home , however due to the fact that my father was a victim of Identity Theft, it messed up their credit and we weren't able to get mortgages. Finally, we were introduced to Federal savings bank by our close friend who also did their mortgage and highly recommended them for our complicated situation. Upon doing my research, we was little skeptical with the previous comment, however when we visited the bank ,we were introduced to Max, he educated us through the process and gave us hope that my parents can buy their first home. Him and his team guided us through the mortgage process and was always there to help with any questions I had. They were always on top of everything and updated us on the process. Most importantly, because of them, my parents were finally able to purchase their first home. and on behalf of parents, thank you so much!

  Max is very Unprofessional. He left my brother on hold . I had to message him the next day! went I call he doesn’t answer but text . Who doesn’t a business transaction by text . He’s rude and tells lies .we send everything as requested. No response! when I ask for another agent, he send someone that couldn’t even help!i just had to laugh instead of getting upset! Save yourself the unprofessional work ethics. Try someone else or just go somewhere else .

  Worst bank for buying a house and a scam, do not trust Max also. Will charge you hundreds for credit score and won't tell you how much and they don't refund money back. Can't stress this enough, these guys are crooks. Be careful out there everyone

  Max is not upfront about costs. I don't trust him. Had to switch banks.
