  My family has been with State Farm for the last 25 close to 30years When my parents deceased; my mother in 1982 and my dad in 2007, my brother Ronald and me both home owners remain with State Farm. We updated homeowners policy in which Anthony sat us down, went over the insurance as to what to add and subtract. I have 2 cars with State Farm in which Anthony was able to save me money. Both Anthony and his assistant Mrs Marie Granato-Ferraro are very informative and professional. When Mrs Ferraro calls to set up appointments they are ready and clients are not kept waiting for long periods of time. Anthony will take his time with you and answer questions clients may have

  Tony Petrozzella and his State Farm agency are top notch when it comes to their expertise in the insurance industry and customer service and satisfaction. I could not be happier with them. As a bonus, I bunched my home and car insurance with State Farm through their agency and saved hundreds of dollars while I doubled my insurance coverage. Give them a call.

  It sucks to write a bad review for a place that has nothing but great reviews. My boyfriend and I were trying to obtain an insurance policy with this company and we kept getting the run around from every rep, mind you we were ready to purchase insurance. Everyone said they'd call back and no one did. So I took it upon myself to finally ask for a supervisor and ironically when I called the rep happen to be a supervisor. She said my boyfriend was not eligible for their insurance. Why not tell us this a week ago? Or from day 1 when we called? She kept arguing with me so I hung up because we got nowhere. We finally called another State Farm agency and we'll be getting insurance tomorrow! It was just terrible customer service dealing with these people.
