  Update: Had a oil pump leaking and a noise coming from the timing belt tensioner and my third party warranty company would not cover the tensioner despite that being something that could grenade the engine at some point if left without replacing. To add, my warranty company ordered the pump themselves and would not cover my rental until the part arrived. Long story short Acura gave me a loaner despite my warranty covering one day of rental. They discounted a new timing belt kit that includes the tensioner. Now I've got a new oil pump and new timing belt with water pumps and belts etc for less than 1k. Can't beat that despite the hassle Smart Auto Care (Endurance) gave both of us.

  I will preface by saying that I am active duty military who bought the car intending to use in a different sate. I leased a vehicle from them that was registered in another state, and they basically made a huge clerical error and forced my hand and made me pay over an extra $1000 because they held my title and registration ransom. They failed to notify me of the error and I was only able to find out about it when i called the dealership multiple times a couple of days before hand. I advice anyone, especially service members to avoid this dealership at all costs. They were less than helpful and they were not accommodating. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

  March 2020 update. My total disappointment with Valley Stream Acura Service continues. I switched service for my 2019 RDX to Island Acura. Acura of Valley Stream wanted to charge me over $500.00 to repair a defective leather passenger seat which Valley Stream said was from a spill which it wasn't. Island Acura said that shouldn't happen to a new car and had the leather in the front passenger seat replaced under warranty and gave me a loaner while it was in the shop even though I purchased the vehicle in Acura of Valley Stream.First no loaners compounded with their trying to charge me over $500.00 for an obvious defect repaired under warranty by Island Acura. Twice my brand new 2019 RDX was towed into Acura of Valley Stream. The last time car was kept overnight . Both times a loaner was refused . They treat their service as Honda service not Acura. Update after owner's comment. Before my original post, I left several messages for the owner about your terrible loaner policy which weren't returned. Please leave me a name way up the chain to call. From the Facebook RDX page you are one of the few Acura service dealers with such a restrictive loaner policy . It is unacceptable May 2019 update. Still no loaners totally unacceptable

  Customer service was horrible once the sales agreement was signed. I asked to explain certain features about the car and response I get was read the manual. Sales Mgr never told me it was only one set of car key and promised to get me a spare copy free of charge. After constant calling and email no response. I'm being generous for giving one star rating. Stay far away from there crooks.

  On February 13, 2027 I had an absolutely great experience with getting my Acura ILX 2017 with the help of the Sales Associate Sunny. He was very helpful and better yet patient with me. I would recommend people to see Sunny if they are looking to buy an Acura. I appreciate all the help Sunny provided.

  GREAT BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH SUNNY PASHA!! Had a fabulous purchase experience with Sunny Pasha at Valley Stream Acura. I was fortunate enough to begin my experience on the last day of August and Sunny offered me a fabulous deal on the 2017 MDX that I couldn't pass up!   I was thoroughly pleased with my leasing experience and am telling everyone I know to go see Jeff C. at Acura of VS. As strange as this may sound for people who buy/lease cars often..., he was honest. I know some of you think that's an oxymoron in the car selling business, but he represents the brand with class and integrity and is an asset to Acura. Give him a shot....go name your price and if he can do it, he will tell you. If he can't do it, he will tell you as well. Without playing mind games, haggling or wasting your time. I appreciated that after a long day of work. This time around, the conditions were right for a great deal on the TLX and he took care of me....I will need a car again in 3 years, and while I can't guarantee that conditions will be right again the next time around, I sure as heck will try him first anyway to see what he can do. Like I told Bianca...what ever Jeff is earning, it's not enough! Good job Jeff (and I like the car too :-)

  Steve Verga and Mike at Acura of Valley Stream helped me with the purchase of a 2007 Dodge Ram that they had on their lot. After searching for a used truck for several months, I finally found this truck on their lot in Valley Stream. The purchasing process was easy and simple. Steve helped me obtain financing at a very reasonable rate and the experience was effortless. Now, I am hoping to buy an Acura as the next vehicle!

  Rotated my wheels 2 weeks ago with my oil change and cross threaded 2 of my front wheel studs. Came in to complain so that they can rectify what they did and they rather send me away with 3 wheel studs or charge me $435 for something they did to my car. This is the second time in 2 years the last time they lost my under engine cover and I paid for the part myself this time they refuse to take liability for their actions.
