      If someone can explain to me then I can give them 2 stars, Today I went to Chase to deposit some cash One of the machine was rejecting $200 in a $100 bill I walk inside to ask the teller to change it so I can finish my deposit, She said she can only change $100 bill because I don't have an account with Chase are you guys serious You are a bank it is not $10000 it is a $100 to cash it or exchange it so I can deposit... The policy is pathetic

      For the past five years, I have frequented this branch. Whilst the branch at times was understaff, the service was good. However, after my previous experience, I will no longer be visiting this branch. And I hope for those who read this review to heed my warning. DO NOT TRUST YOUR ACCOUNT WITH GLORIA THOMAS. For starters, she is quite unprofessional and extremely narcissistic. She referred to me as a "little girl" in a degrading manner (I am full grown adult). She also patronized me when I attempted to explain the situation. On a more serious level, she lied to me about the paperwork I needed to bring then also lied about the money left in the account I was trying to close. During her explanation, she contradicted herself numerous times and when I asked for clarification she became increasingly hostile. She began to raise her voice and talk over me. Fatigued and frustrated at the situation, I went home and called the Chase support line. I explained to the support staff my situation and they told me the information I was given by Gloria was inaccurate and suspect. Soon after I got off the call with Chase support staff, she called my home and admitted that she gave me misinformation to deter me from closing the account. I then went back to the bank that same day to try to get more clarification, and she again, treated me with unmatched hostility. This time around she made it clear that I was wasting her time and when I asked her to pull up the information, she said no that she did not have the time. Long story short, I left unresolved and honestly, hurt by the maltreatment. I have gone forward and filed an official complaint against her. I SUGGEST IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS WOMAN, DO NOT LET HER BULLY YOU AND ASK FOR A SECOND OPINION.

      I have been coming here for years and Gloria Thomas has been the nastiest most unprofessional person I see in here. I don't know why she is still here after all the complaints that have been levied against her. She obviously continues to feel confident that they won't can her because she continues to be just as nasty and unprofessional as ever..smh.. shameful.

      Every time I come here to pay my rent the customer service (smiles and greetings are endless) is on point!!! I don’t even bank with Chase and I do not live in the area, but if this level of service was guaranteed at a branch closer to me they’d have a private client! This branch can definitely teach the banking industry a thing or two! I noticed the bad reviews and I have to say if those are honest reviews they have definitely gotten their flaws together!

      This banking company is the best. All these people complaining should get there brain checked and just use the app. My whole family uses this app and never had they had a problem ever. And they have the best protection of your money.

      This is the worst branch in NY. They’re extremely slow and have terrible customer service. I only go here to pay rent to my landlord. The 1 time I go every other month is the worst experience. I drive to another branch most of the time even though this branch is walking distance. Smh

      They never have anyone working here........ this is my third day in a row coming here to close an account, still haven't seen anyone . A girl named yanique..... keeps telling me to come back to see a woman named Gloria. This Gloria holds long meaningless conversations with people and helps no one. I'm leaving now and will not return to hear the same nonsense for a 4th day in a row!!! ANNOYED CUSTOMER #FIXYORCUSTOMERSERVICE

      This bank needs to get their stuff together, when u come in for help u wait for so long just for one person to help u.. with direct deposit ?? Other than that if u dint mind the waiting like 25mins it's a great bank :-)
