Zachie J. Brown1Horrible bank ( this particular location) workers work very very slow by the time I get to the bank teller I could of built another capital bank ready to go.. Horrible customer service there. Mask mandates even if you have a health condition and they even write on the door but still don't follow they’re own posts... Security guard was a real jerk too. Never go to this location.

Regina Hammock5Went there last weekend with my mother. She needed to transfer money. I needed to open an account. Greeted at the door by 3 young ladies, one of which was Roxanna. She was considerate and cordial, helpful with my mother. Go there! They are wonderful.

Tani Sussman1I have been a capital one customer for 20 years, capital one has become the worst bank ever. Over the last ten years they have closed five other local locations forcing everyone in to sunrise hwy location. They did the same thing near my business in NYC, Sunrise location staffed with only three tellers. Lines out the door to the streets. This is all by corporate design. Staff said cap #1 wants to be a digital bank, and therefor provide as little service as possible.

Good1This branch is historically slow and understaffed. I have a personal account and two business accounts with capital one. I’ve been with them for over 10 years. I’ve switched one of my business accounts over to Chase and in the process of switching the second one simply because there’s service in my area is so much better. Chase charges more in account servicing fees. I guess that’s the price you pay for good service at the branches. Maybe they should take a page from Chick-fil-A‘s book hire adequate staff have the focus on customer service and improving the branch experience.

Marcia Forrest1The line here is obnoxiously long. Even with about 15 customers in line for over 20 minutes, there are only two tellers working, yet several others are visible handling other "transactions". The good: convenient location at Green Acre Mall/Valley Stream Stores; air conditioning seems to be at a suitable level in these dog days of summer. Nothing else positive I can provide. If you're going to the ATM, which I go 99% of the time, you will have no issues. However, it's the 1% of times when you actually have to speak with a teller that will keep you in line for at least 30 minutes. I love Capital One, but they must do better since they've closed many locations in the area.

Sunshine Aday1Tried to open a business account Was given an appt 2 weeks later Arrived on time they came to me 15 minutes late they tried every reason to not make it work (I had all documents) the banker "Sasha" said I don't no to every question I asked! Then they rushed me out and said I had to reschedule to continue because they had other appointments! They were shocked when I said no need to il go to Wells Fargo where my personal account it. This location and staff. FULL TRASH

Darryl Joyner1Horrible customer service. The manager does not care. 3 Tellers for a line of 39 and the tellers spend longer than necessary on small items to purposely waste time. Would never stay at Capital One bank if all locations were like this one. 15 years in the banking industry and I state that this is the worst branch I have ever seen.

J DEJESUS5I can relate to other people's comments in regards to the inconvenience due to the closing of many of their branches. In regards to this particular branch, my experience was nothing but positive. The branch was clean, quiet and had plenty of tellers. The teller who helped this morning was pleasant, professional and very accommodating.

Sean Mckoy1Service is always poor. Capital One shut down 2 of their branches to build this one branch that cannot handle the traffic of now 3 branches. Its consistently full because of the over flow of people traveling to this branch be cause of the closures. And capital one blames it on " customers are doing more online banking. While that may be true it doesn't suffice for the amount of people who visits the banks regularly to handle their transactions. also. Beware that if your a business and you need to take out certain amount of money as I do. They will deny you the opportunity to do so. You cant even take out your money sometimes because this branch is considered a cafe so they have limited resources.. why would you build a cafe instead a normal functioning branch that would be able to handle Large transactions or consistent large amounts of customers??? You guys definitely dropped the ball on this. I'll definitely be taking my banking elsewhere
