  I highly recommend The Easton Mortgage Team! The title says it all, Mike is a nice guy and he’s super smart with the numbers. Jessica will help walk you through all the stressful requirements. I started working with them a year before buying a home and they told me what I needed to do to maximize my qualifications and as long as you listen you won’t be disappointed.   The Easton Mortgage team was phenomenal! They made the process so quick and easy. Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism and white glove service. Not only were they always there to answer questions and provide guidance, but they were able to clear us to close in just 5 business days from underwriter submission.   Mike Easton was very proactive and thorough during the home purchasing process. He was quick to answering questions and responded to emails within the same day! Mike provided the best options for my husband and I. We had set our expectations to find our dream home and to close within 6 months. Mike reviewed our information and told us that achieving our dream could happen in a shorter period of time. My husband and I found our home in late January of 2018, the beginning of the new year, and we closed on our home within a couple weeks!   Mike Easton and his team worked with my family to help us to finally get settled in the area we wanted to be in. They worked with us for months correcting credit issues so that we could move into our dream home. He and his team were always available to talk no matter the time of the day. From the time our offer was accepted we were cleared to close in just 22 buisness days with VA financing. By the time we closed on the property Mike and his team felt like family. I would definitely recommend using this team for anyone looking to purchase a home. They will take care of everything.

  Mike Easton and his group did an exceptional job on getting us approved and getting such a great rate in low 2s for my 2nd home purchase in NC him and his team expedited everything in my opinion effectively and efficiently and got on top of everything or stayed in touch with me if needed anything to get the loan approved and at what I understand an exceptional rate! He knew exactly when to wait or lock it in and instructed me on exactly how to Get my Credit even up to Exceptional (over next couple years) and with his guidance I plan on doing just that!
