  I had the pleasure of working with Dejana through DHL for my home loan. I was moving across the country, simulatneously selling one home and buying another. Dejana was patient, kind, and friendly throughout the whole process. No matter when I reached out, she was there. Even if I was reaching out to gain clarity because someone else wasn't as responsive, she took on the responsibility and worked with me to resolution. It's hard to imagine how busy Dejana was during this low interest rate market, because she made me and my family feel like a priority. I can only imagine she makes her other clients feel just as supported and just as valued.

  This is the second time now we've worked with John Basso and his team at DHL Mortgage. They handled a refi for us last year on our old house, and we just closed on a new house through them as well. The entire team is incredible from start to finish - they're upfront, efficient, timely, friendly, and most importantly, they'll get you to the finish line with your sanity in tact! John was an incredible point of contact to get us from start to finish and answer all of our questions along the way. Amber got us through underwriting quickly and with little need for unnecessary back and forth. And Sarah brought us to the finish line and got us closed on time with no hiccups or delays. If I could give them 10 stars I would, because in a world of so many TERRIBLE lenders, DHL really stands out and should be the first place you start for all of your mortgage needs.

  We worked with Krissy Oxidine to refinance our mortgage. She is professional and works very efficiently. Krissy goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during the process. Krissy and her team members are all very quick to respond back to any questions you need answered.   Bought my first home 1 year ago. Easiest experience ever! Pre approved in 4 hours. This mortgage broker was very timely with everything made sure my info got to the underwriter so we closed on time. I never met Ben but he was timely answering calls and texts. I would recommend to everyone DHL you are the best!

  My experience with Dejana veseli was amazing ,the knowledge and great attitude of this lady made my mortgage experience a lot less stressful . She also helped me with any problems .l definitely would recommend her for any mortage loan . I would go back to DHL.

  If anyone is looking for a mortgage, you couldn't ask to work with anyone better than Krissy Oxidine. She made my entire home buying process so easy.
