  We refinanced our mortgage through LoanPronto and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had. From start to finish it took 7 days. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone on the phone until the day we closed, and then they sent someone to us at the location of our choosing. Every person we communicated with was superb. Janine gave us very detailed options so we could make an informed decision. EJ walked us through all the steps and forms we needed to complete and was so quick to answer questions. And the closing agent, Michelle, was great to work with also. I highly recommend using LoanPronto for your loan needs. I will definitely use them going forward.

  I worked with Max for my refinance request, and he is AWESOME! He is super responsive, professional and mostly importantly, truly listening. He gave me loan estimate within hours, and addressed questions and concerns as fast as he can. Their interest rate + broker credit is the best among my 3 quotes. Highly recommend!

  Loan Pronto recently helped me with a refinance. I locked in a low, fixed-rate loan that saves me both monthly and in interest over the life of the loan, and I paid nothing out of pocket at closing. From start to finish the whole process took 3 weeks. Every question I had they answered. They were helpful and responsive throughout the process. 💯 would recommend them and use them again.

Kelsey Boole was my agent and she was fantastic to deal with - very responsive and fast and explained exactly what I need to do/submit along the way.   Amazing Service!! Professional, helpful, responsive and fast!! I thought this refi was going to be stressful, as it has been in the past. However, to my surprise it was nearly effortless. They didn't stall or ask for 1,000 things. It went really smooth! As a matter of fact, we applied on August 24th and they are sending a notary to our house to sign the closing papers tonight! So fast! They gave us a better rate and didn't change our monthly mortgage payment much at all! We'll be getting our cash out on Sept. 9th to start our own business! Couldn't be happier!! Harry and Katie...YOU GUYS ROCK!!!! Thanks for a seamless process and helping us to make our dreams come true!
