  Had a great experience working with Cole at Movement Bank. Right from the inception Cole was extremely responsive. He outlined all of the documents needed for the approval process and as a result the approval process was flawless. Cole was proactive in reaching out to us to let us know where we were in the loan process every step of the way. I hear horror stories of folks who get to closing only to find out that their closing disclosure has some issues. Not only were our numbers accurate Cole went through our final disclosure with us so that we understood everything line by line. Cole handled our loan process with knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend working with Cole!

  What was your main concern about the loan process? --- Frankly, getting swindled. Going into the home buying process for the first time was initially overwhelming and I was afraid there was going to be a string of hidden fees, surprises, and roadblocks. What was your experience during our time together? --- I asked a LOT of questions to Cole. I did some research on what I learned, and came back to him with even more questions. Looking back, the amount of times I reached out to him during odd hours and on weekends was probably a bit too much. Cole was extremely responsive, answering almost every time, and always getting back to me with everything I asked in a timely manner. Cole was always direct and upfront about what to expect, and did a good job of explaining certain things I needed to pay more attention to than others. Up until moments before closing and the days following, he has been helpful beyond what I thought was possible. What were the results? --- A smooth, easy home closing. I bought my first house with almost no struggle at all. Sure there were items that came up in the approval process and the underwriting review, but all seemed very straightforward and fixable with the help of Cole and his team. I was amazed at how it felt like a close, personal friend was watching over me throughout the process. As long as Cole is in business, I can't imagine getting a mortgage through any other agent. A+ work!

  Cole was a great person to work with. He is very knowledgeable, easy going, and never hesitates to answer your questions. My biggest concern going into the loan process was not being able to understand all the legal terms and definitions. Cole took the time to walk me though the step by step process and answer any questions I had. In the end, Cole was able to find a great loan for us! I would highly recommend working with Cole for any of your mortgage needs.

  We wanted to refinance but buying a home was a terribly stressful process. Cole was amazing at guiding us, and assisting us during this process. He was quick to answer any questions, help us upload any documents needed, and kept us informed on the status of our loan. We were able to pay near nothing for closing cost, we got an amazing low interest rate, and we will be saving hundreds of dollars on our mortgage each month.

  Working with Cole was a real pleasure. He's professional, communicative, thorough and friendly. My main concern with the home loan process is staying informed, staying on track and getting the desired results of course! Cole and his team were all over the process, making sure I knew what was going on, when, and why. I was never left in limbo wondering what was happening with my loan.   We worked with Cole to obtain mortgage loan for a new home. During the process Cole keep in contact with the builder and us to ensure that we would have a smooth closing. Cole went above and beyond to get documents from the builder. Cole was on time with with all call times and even worked outside of business hours to answer questions.

  Cole was wonderful to work with. He provided excellent advise to get our credit in better shape and to be best prepared for the closing. He was quick to respond. There were times he worked after normal business times to get documents ready in time or help us with questions we had about the closing and interest rates, etc. I highly recommend Cole!

  As a first time buyer, the main concerns with the loan process were making sure all the paperwork was done well and on time, as well as getting a good interest rate (relative to the market) on the loan. Cole at Movement Mortgage made this process go incredibly smooth; answering any questions we have in a very timely manner. Cole and his team were always checking in to inform us of next steps and to answer any questions we may have going forward.
